GENTING SKY WORLDS VIP EXPERIENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Genting SkyWorlds admission is included in the cost of the tour.
• VIP Experience is subject to availability.
• Tours are non-exclusive. Each tour is three (3) consecutive hours for a maximum of fourteen (14) guests. Children with a height below 90cm on the day of their visit will not be counted in the number of total guests.
• Children below 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests are required to be present at the Genting SkyWorlds VIP Reception 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Failure to do so may result in the participant(s) missing certain components of the VIP Experience. Guests who arrive late for the selected tour timeslot will be imposed with a penalty.
• Kindly present your confirmation email at VIP Reception located at Level G, SkyAvenue prior to redemption.
• Payment must be made in full before the start of the tour.
• Tours are in English. Other languages are subject to availability.
• All offers, events, tickets, services, attractions and entertainment options may be seasonal and are subject to change at any time.
• Reserved viewing for select entertainment shows and parade is based on availability and is weather permitting.
• If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to the terms and conditions stated herein without notice to the Guest.
• The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
• All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds` Rules and Regulation as stipulated in www.gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.
